Russian designers and architects won International Property Awards 2016/2017

On October 27, 2016, the International Property Awards 2016/2017 awarding ceremony was held in London. International Property Awards is an international site for assessment of professional achievements in the field of real estate and has been the largest professional awards for 25 years. The jury includes 70 independent experts. The Presidents of the jury are the member of the House of Lords of the British Parliament.

The competition involves thousands of development companies, architectural and design agencies, real estate companies etc. The participants are divided according to the regions: Asia-Pacific, Europe, UK, Africa and Arabia.

Among the European countries, the winners were about 200 companies this year. A Greek company Europlan has become one of them. Europlan has gained five stars for Emotion Art Villa project Situated in Elounda Crete.

The Architect Laboratory of Polina Nozdracheva is one of the Russian winners. The company has gained top scores in the categories Architecture Multiple Residence Russia and Leisure Architecture of Russia. Two projects of the company were participants in the contest. They were a residential area “Brickripples” in Krasnoarmeysk and an equestrian centre “Equitorus” in the Pushkin district of the Moscow region.

Another winner is the Russian Architect Bureau of Alexandra Fedorova. Its project “Villa in Sochi” has won in a category Architecture Single Residence Russia. The villa is a two-storey building with a basement and a garage for one car. The first floor of the mansion has stained-glass panels, and an outdoor pool is a structural element of the real estate.

Two projects of a Russian Urban Group, “Mitino O2” and “Opalikha 03”, have won in the category Residential Development Russia has won . “Mitino O2” is the first complex with a full-scale resort area in the segment of mass housing, and “Opalikha O3” is a continuation of the eco-project “Opalikha O2”, which is a premium-class architecture, environmentally friendly and has affordable cost.
