Porsche will represent new version of Panamera

Porsche continues to expand model range of new, second generation of Porsche Panamera. Now the manufacturer has announced a powerful hybrid version – Turbo S E-Hybrid, which will be represented at the International Motor Show in Geneva in March 2017.

Porsche Panamera – is a sports five-door fastback of Gran Turismo segment with front layout of engine and four- and rear-wheel drive. The first generation was released in 2009, and at the same time the car appeared in Russia. First models of new generation were introduced by the company in 2016 year.

New model became the second hybrid choice in Panamera family. The powertrain of all-wheel drive car consists of 136hp electrical motor and petrol 4.0 V8 (550 hp) engine mated to 8-speed automatic transmission. The power unit can operate in two modes – E-Power and Hybrid Auto. In the first case, the vehicle can move up to 50 km by only electric power, and in the second mode both motors are working. The vehicle has good dynamics – acceleration time to 100 km/h is just 3.4 seconds, and maximum speed reaches 310 km/h.

European sales will start in July 2017. Other markets will get the novelty during the second half of 2017. In Russia Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid will cost from 12’109’000 RUR, and its extended version (+150 mm) – Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Executive – from 13’495’000 RUR.
