The famous Italian automaker, Ferrari will be removed from the Fiat-Chrysler. This will strengthen the special status of the manufacturer of luxury.
In 2015, the shares of Ferrari will be distributed as follows:
10 percent will remain with Piero Lardi Ferrari, son of company founder
10% of the shares will be placed on the stock exchange in the U.S. or Europe.
80% will be distributed among FCA shareholders.
